HOW TO APPLY FOR VA EDUCATION BENEFITS

Students who wish to apply for VA Education Benefits must first contact the Office of the Registrar at 803-376-5737 to obtain Certification and verify eligibility of benefits. Based on the determined chapter of eligibility benefits, students will then need to complete one or more of the following forms:

Application for VA Education Benefits (Under Chapters 30, 31, 32, 34, 1606 and 1607)
Application for Education Benefits for the Spouse/Child of a Disabled Veteran (Under Chapter 35)
Application for Change of Program or Institution for VA Education Benefits (Under Chapters 30,32,1606,1607) Application for Request of Change if Program or Institution for the Spouse/Child of a Disabled Veteran (Under Chapter 35)
Certificate of Affirmation of Enrollment Agreement Correspondence Course (Under Chapters 30, 32, 35, and 1606)
Application and Enrollment Certification for Individualized Tutorial Assistance (Under Chapters 30, 32, 35, and 1606)
