Attendance:

Students are required to LOGIN to the EDUCO course room and send each course instructor at least one (1) email or query by midnight (Eastern Standard Time) on the specified last day to drop/add the online course. After the conclusion of the specified drop/add period, students must login to the EDUCO course room and send at least 1 email or query to each course instructor on any 2 days during the week by midnight (Eastern Standard Time). Should any student fail to post these messages by the specified deadline, he or she will be considered out of attendance for that week. Any student who remains out of attendance for two (2) or more weeks of an eight (8) week course or for one (1) week or more of a six (6) week course will be automatically withdrawn from that course. The instructor will assign a grade of WF at the last date of attendance, which is the date of the last student login.

Participation:

Students are required to login and actively engage in the courseroom for a minimum of 6 hours per week per course. Total courseroom hours must include the login and participation in Tutorial sessions at least two days per week for a period of no less than sixty minutes (per login). Weeks begin on Monday at 12:01 a.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) and end the following Sunday at Midnight EST. Tutorials are located under the Course Tools menu.

Continuous Registration:

Students are able to register for online courses any time prior to the block course start date, up until the specified last date of registration at 5:00 pm EST.
